Please Note: Below are the package items and pricing. Your custom package may vary based on your priorities, my travel time, and budget. We will meet to discuss your ideal care and customize your package accordingly. Example Package: Initial health consultation to design your personalized care plan 2 in-person visits, including 2 Abhyanga sessions 2 meal drop-offs Custom herbal care 2 follow-up sessions (1 hour each) Approximate Total: $1458 Customized Ayurvedic support is offered over 42 days, with the option to extend. Packages are designed to support the whole family, with special emphasis on the birthing person. Approximate Values: - Ayurvedic Consultation: $180 (one-time fee) - Necessary to create a personalized care plan. - 1-Hour Follow-Up Session: $72 per session - Includes herbal, emotional, and healing support, in-person or by phone as needed. - Customized Herbal Support: $270 (one-time fee) - Includes herbal formulations to balance hormones, replenish fluids, restore nutrients, stabilize the nervous system, and promote overall well-being. Examples include lactation tea, sitz bath blend, custom tinctures, nipple salve, hemorrhoid salve, hormone stabilizing formulas, herbal mood support, sleep support, digestion and elimination formulas. - Postpartum Abhyanga Session: $144 per session - A soothing Ayurvedic warm oil application to support postpartum recovery. - Baby Abhyanga Tutorial: $45 (one-time fee) - A 45-minute guided session on how to perform baby Abhyanga. - Ayurvedic Postpartum Meals: $288 per drop-off - Four-course meals, averaging 8 servings each, customized for the birthing person’s health needs. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, with organic and locally sourced ingredients where possible. Please ask for a full menu list. - Unlimited Access: Available via text or call during business hours. - Local Resources Guidance: Assistance with finding local resources and providers for services outside my scope of practice. *Discount on Placenta Encapsulation Services: 10% off. Travel Fees: Apply for services outside the service area. Education: I am trained in Ayurvedic tradition, with certifications from Āyurvedic Doctor AD, Āyurvedic Nutrition and Support, Spinning Babies, Hypnobabies, and Birth Arts International (Doula).
Cancellation Policy
To secure your requested appointment time slot a deposit is paid when a session is booked. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when a session is cancelled. Honored appointments will have their booking deposit applied to their session balance.
