Shirodhara

Service Description

The word shirodhara originates from the Sanskrit words shiro (head) and dhara (flow). It is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment where warm, herb-infused oil is continuously poured over the forehead. This treatment activates the pineal gland (third eye) which is the organ through which we dream, imagine, and connect with other dimensions of reality. The session includes an herbal foot soak with essential oil of your choice; chakra tuning and grounding; a shoulder, neck, face and foot massage; and a 45 minute shirodhara session, followed with a steamed towel. Tea will be served with the option to process anything that may have come up during the session. *Please inform me ahead of time if you would like any of the above offerings omitted. Cancellation Policy

To secure your requested appointment time slot a deposit is paid when a session is booked. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when a session is cancelled. Honored appointments will have their booking deposit applied to their session balance.
